You did it! (Bordas) - Proposition de tâches TICE pour I love London.

Exemple de séance TICE

I love London

1.       London (pair work)

Watch this video and list the London landmarks you saw. Share your findings with your neighbour. Did you both find all the landmarks?

2.       Speaking task (pair work)

Tell a friend where you are, and help them go to a place. They will tell you where they are and you will tell them if they understood you!

Tell them to start from a specific point or landmark.

Use clear and specific directions, like:

"Turn left onto [street Name]."

"Go straight ahead for [number of blocks]."

"Turn right onto [street Name]."

Provide more details if needed and encourage questions:

"If you have any questions, feel free to ask them to me."

3.
Team time!

Take a look at these hidden creatures!

Which hidden animal do you like the most?

Get ready to present it to your classmates.

In a group of 4 students, research your animal, make a poster about it (you can use Canva or pens and paper) or a game on Learning Apps.

4.       Let’s design a word cloud (teamwork)

Competition!

Find as many words about London (and the unit you studied) as you can in a team of 4 students.

Then you can make a word cloud with them. You can draw it on paper or you can use an online tool such as WordArt, WordClouds.com, or ABCya’s word cloud generator.

Your word clouds will be part of a poster for your English classroom.

5.       Early finishers

Write an acrostic poem about London.

How to write an acrostic poem.

You can use this tool.

Have fun !

Feel free to share your ideas!:)
